Warranty
Empress Jewellery Warranty
Empress Jewellery will, at our discretion, repair jewellery proven by our jewellers to be defective due to the manufacturing process within two weeks after the date of purchase. Please choose your item carefully, as we do not refund in any other circumstances.

This warranty is offered in Australia and New Zealand, and may differ in other international markets.
Warranty Exclusions
​
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling or improper use. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty.

Caring for your Jewellery
​
To care for your vermeil jewellery, avoid wearing when washing hands, showering, swimming, applying lotion, applying hairspray and perfume, using harsh cleaning supplies or working out. To clean, buff gently with a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. Do not use jewellery cleaner on electroplated jewellery.
Storing Jewellery

Always store your jewellery carefully to avoid scratching and marking.
