Free Shipping within Australia

All Australian orders are sent free by DHL Express Post. We send a confirmation email with your shipping details once your order has been carefully packed. Australian orders received by 12pm will be despatched same day via Express Post (excluding weekends). This service is trackable, and in most cases it is an overnight service. 

 

For any orders outside of Australian metropolitan locations, please allow for an additional 1-3 days post time. Delivery times are an estimate only. All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery. 

 

International Shipping

 

International orders are sent by DHL Express Post for a flat rate of $59 AUD for jewellery items under 500g . We send a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking. Please check your junk mail if unable to locate your tracking information. All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

Empress Jewellery may cancel your order, if for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the items subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. You are not permitted to cancel an order, unless expressly agreed to by Empress Jewellery.

Any charges associated with customs and duties are your responsibility. There are different customs practices for different countries. If you are unsure, please check with your relevant customs agents in your country.
